1. Be respectful of our time. Please be on time, and if you need to reschedule or cancel, please don’t wait until the last minute. I am doing this for free and schedule my day around you being here.
2. Do the following homework before our first call. It will expedite the process greatly and get us to the finish line faster. I talk about it in the video.
   1. Decide which niche you want to target your book to. The narrower, the better your chance for success with your book.
   2. Do a brain dump of everything you know about this particular topic. Use post-it-notes, index cards or whatever method you want to so you can have a general outline ready to go. This will just help us make the best use of the time we have. I talk about it in detail in the video above. You can also watch another video I did when I used to teach agents to write their books quite a while ago. And here’s a video about the “Sticky Brain Dump Method” It can prove helpful. (Pro Tip: Play the video at 1.5 or 1.75 speed)
